Coronavirus (Covid-19) Rules

Masks are to worn at all times in communal areas such as; shower/toilet block and washing area.

Hand sanitisers are provided and are to be used in the following areas:

• Entrance and reception.
• Before handling wheelbarrows.
• Before using the bins.
• Before using the fridge.
• Before entering the shower/toilet block.
• Before handling the wood buckets and fire pits.
• Before using water fill up area.

As a request from the local council, all children must be accompanied by an adult when entering the shower/toilet block.

All outside games are to be sprayed with sanitiser before and after use.

All showers, toilets and basins are to be sprayed with sanitiser before and after use.

Sanitisers will be provided.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your holiday before your arrival date and we are able to re-let your holiday, we will refund your payment less a 20% admin fee. In the event that we are unable re-let your dates, no refunds will be made. If you are concerned about the prospect of cancelling, please take out holiday insurance. Bookings are not transferable to another family without our prior agreement.
